Farmgate Covid Safety Statement & Dining Policy as of July 2021
Please advise us if any of your party has not yet been vaccinated. We will do our best to accommodate you in our outdoor space.
Please note that all customers must bring their digital cert or their physical cert with them to eat indoors. Photo ID is required under government guidelines. Contact tracing will be done in our restaurant and we appreciate you fill out this form correctly.
We will be offering 8 sittings daily and we will be open on Thursday, Friday & Saturday only, for now. Each sitting will be for 1 hour 45 minutes duration so that we can accommodate as many of you as possible and allow adequate time for thorough cleaning before the next party arrive. At all times, we will be adhering to COVID 19 regulations and all our staff have been fully Covid-19 hygiene trained.
Our sittings will be as follows:
*12.30pm – 2.15pm
*1.30pm – 3.15pm
*2.30pm – 4.15pm
*3.30pm – 5.15pm
*5.30pm – 7.15pm
*6.30pm – 8.15pm
*7.30pm – 9.15pm
Please note: we will offer a children’s menu during lunch service times & the 5.30pm dinner service time only.
We ask you to please understand that our restaurant has been closed for a terribly long time and therefore we have a policy of minimum one main dish per person at each sitting. We are more than happy to pack up any left over food if you are unable to finish your meal which can be reheated by you, at home.
We are so excited to be re-opening and hope to see many familiar faces return & of course meet many new faces too.
Please understand that as we are operating at such limited capacity we can only take bookings online.
Please ask a friend or family member to assist you if you are not familiar with this process.
(We can not accept reservations over the phone).
If you are running late, please call us, or message us privately on Instagram or Facebook & we will do our best to accommodate you within the timeframe allowed. This may mean we can not offer you 3 courses however.
We ask that you please read the above and accept our new dining policy before making your reservation to avoid any confusion on the day.
Please arrive on time for your booking. If for any reason you are unable to make your reservation we can’t emphasis enough how important it is to please ring in adequate time (ideally 24 hours notice) so that we can release your table to the next customer. If you or any member of your party are feeling unwell & displaying any symptoms of COVID 19 we ask that you please refrain from entering Farmgate. Should you start feeling unwell during your visit to us, please let us know as our team have been trained to help you following all necessary protocol
And lastly, face coverings must be worn on arrival, when using the toilet facilities & when exiting Farmgate.
We ask that you sanitise your hands on entry.
Where possible doors will be kept open to avoid touching the handles. Where this is not possible there is a hand sanitising unit for your perusal and/or hand washing station.
